Slow, firm pressure that works through the deeper layers of muscle and fascia to release long-held knots, desk-posture tension and training fatigue. Firm but never rushed.
The classic full-body flow. Long, rhythmic strokes with warm oil to ease everyday tension, wake up circulation and quiet a busy head.
Targeted relief exactly where most of us hold it. Ideal if you work at a screen, carry a bag on one shoulder, or wake up stiff.
Softer pressure, warm oils and an unhurried pace — designed purely to bring your nervous system down a gear. Perfect if you struggle to switch off or sleep.
Unwind side by side in the same room — the same treatment, shared. A lovely gift, an anniversary, or simply an hour together with your phones switched off.
Performance-focused bodywork for active bodies: deeper work on the areas that limit you, plus stretching and mobilisation to restore range of movement before or after training.
The renowned Brazilian method — firmer, faster and more sculpting than classic drainage. Works along the lymphatic pathways to visibly de-bloat, define and lighten heavy legs and midsection.
Light, precise, rhythmic strokes that encourage a sluggish lymphatic system to move stagnant fluid — easing puffiness and heaviness and supporting recovery and immunity.
A gentle facial drainage ritual that de-puffs the eye area, releases jaw tension, lifts and defines the contour and leaves skin genuinely glowing. Beautiful before an event.
A double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, careful extraction and a treatment mask — a proper reset for congested, dull or city-tired skin. Finished with massage and moisture.
Device-led facials that work deeper than a hands-only treatment — stimulating collagen, lifting and toning the facial muscles and restoring firmness. Choose the one that matches your skin's priority right now.

Pair your facial with a 30-minute lymphatic drainage face massage for a visibly de-puffed, sculpted finish. Ask when you book and we'll set the time aside.
Not sure what to book? Take the 30-second treatment finder below, or message us with what's bothering you — we'll recommend the right treatment and length honestly, even if it's the cheaper one.
Your lymphatic system has no pump of its own — it relies on movement and pressure. When it slows down, you feel it as puffiness, heaviness, water retention and sluggish recovery. Manual drainage gives it exactly the direction it needs.
Four quick questions. We'll match you to the treatment and the length that actually fits what your body is asking for.
What brings you in today?

How much time can you give yourself?

Massage & skin therapist · FHT Full Member · qualified since 2002
Nataliya qualified in medical massage in 2002, under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine — a full theoretical and practical course in massage with acupressure, phytotherapy and anatomy. In 2015–16 she went back and did it properly again at a higher level, completing a 1,344-hour programme with honours in therapeutic and acupressure massage with the foundations of reflexotherapy and anatomy.
Since then she has kept adding to it rather than resting on it: professional sugaring and wax training with TERRA, Enova, BioLife, ItalWax and Simple Use Beauty — including a dedicated course on caring for sensitive skin prone to inflammation and ingrown hair — then CPD-accredited body massage, waxing and sugaring courses with Cleopatra Beauty Pro Academy, and a Diploma in Cosmetic Acupuncture in 2026.
She is a Full Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and carries £6,000,000 of malpractice and public liability insurance. Every session starts with a short conversation — what hurts, what's changed, what you actually want out of the hour — and the treatment is built around that answer, not read off a script.
“Come as you are — leave lighter.”

It's a manual technique that follows the direction of your lymphatic vessels to help stagnant fluid move towards the lymph nodes, where your body clears it. Most people notice a lighter, less puffy, more defined look straight after the first session — particularly around the stomach, legs and jawline. It isn't weight loss: it's fluid, comfort and circulation. For lasting change, a short course works far better than a one-off.
For general puffiness and heaviness, many clients start with a block of 5–10 sessions fairly close together, then move to maintenance every few weeks. For post-surgical recovery it depends entirely on your procedure and your surgeon's guidance — bring their advice with you and we'll work around it. We'll always tell you honestly when you no longer need to come as often.
Arrive about five minutes early. We'll go through a short, completely confidential health form, talk about what you'd like from the session and check for anything we should work around. You'll then have the room to yourself to undress to your comfort level — you're covered with towels throughout and only the area being worked on is ever exposed.
A few things need care or a doctor's clearance first — active infection or fever, blood clots, uncontrolled heart or kidney conditions, some cancer treatments, recent surgery, and certain skin conditions or medications. Please tell us when you book so we can advise properly. If in doubt, message us before booking rather than turning up unsure.
Hair should be roughly 5 mm long — about two to three weeks of growth — so the wax has something to grip. Exfoliate gently a day or two before but not on the day, arrive with clean, product-free skin, and avoid sunbeds, hot baths, saunas and tight clothing for 24 hours afterwards. We use high-quality hot wax for intimate areas, which is far kinder to sensitive skin than strip wax.
Yes — every massage, drainage treatment and facial on the menu is for everyone, and there's a dedicated men's waxing list covering back, chest, shoulders, arms, neck and more. No awkwardness, no assumptions.
Yes. Vouchers are available for any treatment or for a set amount, and they make a genuinely good present — the couples massage and the face drainage are the two most popular. Message us and we'll sort it out the same day.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel, so the slot can go to someone else. Life happens — if something urgent comes up, just tell us and we'll be reasonable about it.
Book online any time, or send us a message and we'll come back to you with the next available slots. If you're not sure what to book, tell us what's going on and we'll advise.
